A transformative program for adolescents ages 11-14, led by Jennifer LeDuc, a seasoned educator and youth coach dedicated to helping teens thrive in today's fast-paced world.

The RESET Pathway to Self-Discovery and Well-being:

  • Reflect on thoughts, feelings, and experiences to gain clarity and self-awareness.

  • Explore personal values, strengths, and new ways of thinking through mindfulness.

  • Strengthen emotional resilience and coping strategies rooted in neuroscience.

  • Elevate self-confidence and mental well-being through the cultivation of awareness.

  • Thrive by applying these skills to everyday life, fostering clarity, growth and balance.
