Meet Jennifer

Founder and Lead Facilitator

At The Centered Scholar, Jennifer is our mindfulness coaching specialist with over 25 years of experience in teaching science and mathematics. She has worked in both independent and public schools, as well as nonprofit program development. She specializes in supporting neurodiverse learners and brings a deep personal mindfulness practice to her work, focusing on the developing adolescent brain.

Jenn brings a deep understanding of brain-based learning to her practice, empowering students to harness the power of neuroplasticity as their greatest asset. Her methodology is grounded in the science of how our brains adapt and grow, helping students recognize that their behaviors can be intentionally shaped to enhance well-being, resilience, and lifelong learning. By cultivating this awareness, Jenn opens a portal to curiosity and self-compassion, guiding students toward a more holistic and empowered approach to learning.
